Product Description:

CO2 (carbon dioxide) is a trending topic that we hear a lot about these days. I think everyone is aware that it is a substance emitted in large quantities from car engines, etc. It is one of the main causes of global warming and there are active emission reduction activities around the world. That’s why people are turning to fuel cells and batteries as new power sources.

When batteries become unusable, they are usually disposed of in a costly process. In industrial waste, it is considered a difficult substance to dispose of. Therefore, people are very concerned about the environmental pollution associated with it, such as illegal dumping, etc.
This is the reason why the battery recovery solution was developed. This product can extend the life of the battery. It makes an important contribution to protecting the environment.

Using the latest technology, it can not only inject it into batteries that are in use, but it can also repair batteries that are ready for disposal. If you use it in a new product right from the start, you get twice the rated lifetime of the battery.

The battery recovery solution helps to reduce costs and can contribute to protecting the environment.

The primary cause is lead sulfate (PbSO4), which adheres to the electrodes and crystallizes during the chemical reaction of the battery. This is called “sulfation”. Since this lead sulfate (PbSO4) is a resistive element, it causes the phenomenon of “current not flowing smoothly”, causing the battery to heat up and undercharge.

In addition, repeated overcharging and discharging can damage the electrode plates, causing the electrodes to collapse due to the vicious cycle of sulfation, eventually rendering the battery useless.

There are other reasons that can cause the battery to fail, but this “vicious cycle of sulfation” accounts for 90% of the reason why the battery is no longer usable.

1. Water supplementation becomes necessary

During the charging and discharging process, the temperature of the battery electrode and electrolyte can rise above 50°C. The electrolyte is quickly depleted and needs to be refilled frequently with distilled water.

2. Shorter usage time

The charge is completed in a short time before it is full, which shortens the use time and increases the number of charges.

3. The specific gravity of the electrolyte does not increase

The specific gravity of the electrolyte is measured after charging and when converted to a liquid temperature of 20°C, the specific gravity does not exceed 1.25.
*The specific gravity of a normal battery at 100% charge is 1:28 or higher (converted at 20°C).

4. Does not reach rated voltage

When the voltage is measured with a battery tester after charging, the nominal voltage is not reached.

Pay attention to the chemical changes that occur during the charging and discharging process of the battery sulfation is the most common problem.
The technology uses a specialized solution to address the causes of battery capacity degradation due to chemical changes without damaging the electrode plates.
A method has been developed to restore battery capacity.
After repeated testing and collection of various data, the battery only failed due to sulfation.
For batteries, more than 90% of the battery electrode plates can be restored in relation to the degradation failure due to charging and discharging capacity.
With regular battery maintenance (repeated use), it is now possible to use the battery for a long time without replacement.

Depending on the condition of the battery, some batteries cannot be recovered.

Before injection there is lead sulfate attached to the electrode. The discharge process is carried out. Subsequent recharging removes the lead sulfate from the electrode plates to prevent re-bonding. Extended service life is ensured as the solution takes effect.

If you have an electric forklift;
With the application of the solution, you will save the cost of a new battery as it doubles the battery life.
